Asking the impossible?

Enjoyin' my journey....
Hi - I'm on SS+ and mainly having fish for my 200 calorie meal. Does anyone know of any no-carb / low-carb sauces we are allowed to have. Just want to make sure I don't get too bored! Thanks, Tx:confused:
 
what about making a dressing or something similar instead of a sauce?

i know the taste is not comparible but it adds something to the meal and has less calories in most instances
