Here's me in August weighing just over 17stone.

I've lost 20lbs now. Must get a recent one. I want to lose 40lbs more.

A quick update, started about 7 weeks ago. To date I've lost over 38lbs!
Don't know if this picture of me from weekend reflects it as much as the reality but it's an improvement

Thanks guys! I just need a new wardrobe to show off a bit! Finally starting to borrow clothes from my slimmer friends. 20 more lbs should make all the difference..

Stayed the same this week (week 10). I'm putting it down to totm. Hoping for a big one this week to compensate. 43lbs lighter now though!
