At a standstill!

    Hey everyone,

    I have been dieting on and off for a while now, and have decided to go down the healthy eating route and generally lead a more healthy life.

    I don't have masses to lose 1 stone at least, but preferably 1 and a half but I have come to a standstill!

    I am reasonably active but can't find a plan that is simple to follow.

    Could you lovely people give me an idea of what you are eating daily and the sorts of losses you are achieving.
