At it again

This is my final attempt at the CWP, I say final as I am planning on succeeding this time! I started last Year May and I think I really started for all the wrong reason, that’s why I started to “cheat” a few weeks into the diet and learned “shortcuts” so to speak. But here I am in the New Year and not at my target weight,

I’m 3 stone lighter and a lot happier but not where I want to be! So I have spent the first days of 2013 getting rid of all my fat clothes on EBay or freecycle, got a picture of then and now and put them up on my wardrobe, got rid all left over Christmas treats, chocolates, crisp biscuits. I have also been keeping a food diary, and not one where I just write what I eat but what made me want to eat it. I found most of the time I eat as a treat, like the little ones sleeping now and I have some me time so I have some cake or cheese and crackers, or I was really P’d off at work today I just need these malteasers.

I see my CWPC tomorrow for my “first” weigh-in I'm doing sole source for 12 weeks then following the steps up, that should bring me a little under my personal target.

Good luck! Christmas is a nightmare for most people. Now you can start properly without all these obligatory social events (NYE, XMAS, etc).

How many times have you done Cambridge?
What shakes/soups do you like? x

this is really my second attempt I started in May started mucking about in October I was down 4lbs then up 2lbs and with Christmas and New Years I just took a break! In the beginning I really loved the oriental chilli soup but I think I had it too much as now I can't stand it, so mainly on the shakes Choc mint is my fav (hot or cold) and the ready mades are useful at work. Oh and I love the cappacino!

How about you?

I like the oriental chilli soups, hopefully I won't overdo it on them. I also like the leek and potato soup.
My fave is the mint choc- same as you and I haven't had a good go on the cappuccino ones, it was the first I had so I mixed it wrong and it was thick and lumpy and I hated it but have bought an electric whisk so then so might give it another go.

First weigh in tomorrow. WISH ME LUCK! xx
