Thank God, I really started to think that I was going to be starving the whole way through this but day 7 and the hunger seems to have gone. Still had a light headed moment today but I guess these will continue??? but they do pass.
After the tears of the weekend I am looking forward to our weigh in tomorrow night - hubby is full of life and loving it. I made our daughters tea so he is in the kitchen making cookies for her cooks badge in brownies - hope the smell does not get us!!
Anyway much more positive - thanks for all your support.
