AT LAST MY SW MOJO IS BACK!

    Well after a 2lb gain last week and a very slow 2 months i finally had a loss of 2.5lbs!!!! Over the moon. Had a 'treat' for dinner (subway sandwhich, crisps and choc bar) always have a flexi on WI night. Going to 100% week again this week. Only 2lb for my 1.5 stones!! Going for it this week!

    How did everyone else do - those who WI Wednesday???

    Well done you!!! I gained 2lbs but I'm ok with that, as I've had 2 weeks holiday - loads of wine, cheese, french bread, meat, pate, puddings etc. It's not too bad a result and I plan on being good as gold now.
