at what point....

    Diet:
    was on Slim Fast but changed to Slimming world and Xenical
    When you eat, obviously you put the calories, sugar etc in your mouth, but at what point do you actually start consuming the cals and fat etc...

    Depends on individual characteristics but but generally about 60% of your intake is used for your basal metabolic rate (BMR) which is your basic bodily functions like breathing, kidney function etc.
