i know for the induction...you have to stick to 20g of carbs per day or less and as jim says its about been clean and green.
just a few questions as im going to do a big shop in the morning...
what veggies/salad especially really fall into this category?
your allowed bacon and this question seems a bit stupid do i go for smoked/un-smoked or back?
are we allowed sugar free jelly?
are we allowed diet coke (i don't like any other soft drinks)?
and the final thing this sounds really dumb are mushrooms, peppers and onions OK? they're my favourite foods....
