Atkins and Alcohol

I went out this weekend and having not drank alcohol for weeks and weeks I was a bit worried about getting blotto, so I was very careful and made sure that for every vodka and coke I ordered I also got a pint of water. I got a wee bit drunk but didnt have a hint of a hangover the next day. Which was good

Well done Boogaloo! Pleased you've had a good weekend catching up with your mates. You've got far more strength of mind than me, i'd start out with all good intentions for the water but i know full well it'd go out the window once i got tipsy

Ah good plan with the water. I am having another big night out again on July 10th, with work colleagues, so I'm glad I practised with my friends first!
I might something different next time and try gin and slimline tonic. Gin doesn't usually give me a hangover like vodka does. But it tastes so bitter!

Have Bombay Sapphire if they serve it, is defo the best one in my opinion.. yummy.. I'm not allowed it in public tho as makes me cry!
