Atkins Bake Mix and low-carb pasta


I've just switched to SW after losing 84lbs (net) on Atkins but then sticking for ages. I have a load of low-carb products which I'd like to continue using occasionally and which I could guesstimate the syns in but I'd like an "official" count, so if someone could whack them through the syns calculator for me I'd be eternally grateful :D

They are:

Atkins Bake Mix (per 100g)
Protein 43.8g
Carbs 14.3g
Fat 2.7g
Calories 286

Keto Low-Carb Pasta (per 100g dry weight)
Protein 64.9g
Carbs 18.9g
Fat 2.7
Calories 351

I've got a feeling the pasta won't come out as significantly different to nornal pasta (I've only used it once so far on an EE day and counted it as free but I'm sure I will be doing a lot of Red days so an accurate count would be nice). I'm hoping the bake mix will be a lot lower than flour as it works really well :sigh:

14 1/2 syns for the bake on all plans

17 1/2 syns on red for 100g dry weight of the pasta:)

I thought it was a lot too but don't do red days myself so don't know what normal pasta works out as ?
