ATKINS BAR???????

Well I asked my CDC about them I can't remember EXACTLY what she said but I think the atkins are less carbs than the CD bars but have a tremendous amount of Calories more?
I don't think it will do much harm as long as it is a one off.

Hi,
depending on which Atkins bar. Some of them have around the same carbs and calories as the CD bars but watch the fat content. I have used them before when I ran out of CD bars and they didn't do me any harm but my body seems to be very forgiving. I think as long as you don't have more than one and that only to replace the CD bars until you get your new lot you should be fine.
