Well done Siobhan... I wouldn't use the sticks personally you can get so hung up on what they say & you can be in ketosis but it doesn't register on the sticks, they're really meant to diabetics to check for ketoacidosis.

If yr losing weight which you are & yr clothes ate getting smaller & yr sticking to yr 20g carbs per day... you'll be in ketosis... promise!! :D
 
Thanks, I need to stop worrying about it and seeing this as a diet. I've got pcos so this is much better for my health anyway and I feel a lot better so as long as it doesn't go up I'll be happy :)
 
I'd not bother with the sticks either love.
