Food diary: June 1st

Breakfast: porridge (40g) milk (120ml)

Lunch: 2 small slices homemade bread, butter, marmite and marmalade with gazpacho to drink.

Snack: Tinned sardines in olive oil

6.30 Went for 20 min run w couch to 5k - was too hot. Normally run later at 8pm and works better!

Dinner: homemade beefburger and bap w small serving of goats cheese, lettuce and red onion and burger sauce and a small glass of red wine

Night: Whittards vegan rocky road hot chocolate made w water and a dash of milk

Cups of tea: 7

Too much bread and oil today. Must remedy this for later in the week, measuring it would help.

Lunch: 75g fusilli pasta w 35g goats cheese

Snack: blended frozen bananas and raspberries

Dinner: Steak diane w green beans and a few chips

Coffee: 1 (2tsp sugar)

Breakfast: scrambled egg
Lunch: 75g pasta and 1tsp butter
Dinner: pork chop, green beans, carrots and boiled potatoes
Tea: 2 slices of small wholemeal toast w butter, marmite and jam

Later snack: tinned peaches amd strawberries

Did Week 6 Day 1 on Couch to 5k, burnt 250 calories 💪 so far have lost 3.5lbs, let's hope it stays off till weigh in next week!

Coffee: 2 (3 tsp sugar)
Breakfast: 40g porridge 120ml skimmed milk
Lunch: 90g pasta 35g goats cheese
Dinner: scallops, chorizo, rice, peppers, mushrooms

Was shaking a bit from hunger qnd low blood sugar so had 4 slices of small wholemeal break w butter and marmalade. Will try and make this up w my healthy extra bs later in the week.

Snack: Green & Black's Organic Milk Chocolate 35g (10 syns)
Lunch: 75g pasta
Dinner: prawn and scallop risotto w peppers and mushrooms

White Russian: Kahlua and milk as a weekend treat.

Day 6 : 6th June

Dalgona coffee: 6 syns

Breakfast: 40g porridge and 120 skimmed milk
Lunch: spaghetti bolognese and olives
Dinner: slice of coffee and walnut cake

Did Week 6 day 2 of couch to 5k.
Walk 5, Ran 10 mins, Walk 3, Run 10 walk 5 ✔

Was down 4.5lbs this morning :D
Was trying for 14lbs off this month, would be amazing if I could lose more!

Breakfast: Slice of coffee cake
Lunch: Scrambled egg and Pasta, tuna mayo and sweetcorn salad
Dinner: scallops and shrimp risotto

Another slice of CFCK
Been a naughty weekend but will be picking it up tomorrow, after my morning weigh in.

Lunch: rice, minced beef, peas, sprinkled cheese, butternut squash
Dinner: 2 slices wholemeal bread (6 syns)

Raspberry, cherry and banana sorbet with lemon juice and sugar

Kalhua and milk

Lunch with cheese sprinkled on top....that sounds like me! I like to grate cheese on all sorts of meals, my daughter finds it strange me putting grated cheese on super noodles🤷‍♀️ :D
Haha i can't resist a bit of cheese! Makes everything tastier :)

Lunch: 75g pasta, reduced fat pesto
Dinner: beefburger and roll, cheese slice and onions and lettuce
Tea: 3 small slices bread (bad!)
