Mine are suddenly long and strong, from being weak, and flaky. I'm sure this is the dietary change. Has anyone else experienced this nice little side effect?

hmmmm, when i did it i cant say i noticed, but it will make sense, since you are eating mainly meats and cheese the calcium intake is up in this diet so yes that makes perfect sense to me as calcium is used to build nails and bones.

I love the fake nails but I end up biting them off and my own nails end up in even worse condition!
