Thanks guys will try this, I did race for life last year and did it in 37 mins (for those who dont know this is 5K). I defo want to do again and better this time but also my loss this week was only 2lb and i have not altered anything so may need to increase my exercise.

Just stepping in Fattea, if you don't go to the loo up your water big time! & love your avatar, do you have a yorkie? We have had them before from pups & now got a darling rescue!

2 pound is a good loss ay week hun, if i remember you had a big loss on your first week. I doubt you need to increase your excersice, sounds ike you are doing plenty.

Just read your siggy and OMG you've lost a stone in two weeks!! That is amazing, well done you.

Wish i could loss 1/2 a stone a week......

And don't worry if the weight loss slows down to 1-2lbs a week as this is totally normal.

Thanks guys loving this site, full of sound advice, started my run Friday evening Zimara going again Sunday evening. Combo of run walk etc like Yambabe.
Yeh this is my pup Cinta, well she is a year old now Jewel my daughter called her. Everyday she amazes us, so happy and friendly and playful and loyal. She even hides her bones in the garden and plant pots like you see on cartoons and digs em up days later so cool never seen a real do do this
