Hi well here i am again ! Started cwp January this year done very well had a blip and slight re- gain but by June I'd lost a good amount felt good looked so much better felt healthier, joined the gym in august to help keep it off with the intention of following the steps but then money/holidays issues over took and that was that. .. sept until now i put on 2 stone...disgusting i was actually binge eating some days just because i thought i could like some rebellious child ..idiot! Anyway I'm on day 3 last 2 days were fine today I'm starving always day 3 and day 8 for me not sure why and last night had the whole no sleep thing which i had last time sighhhh but I'm determined and I'm enjoying my packs ... wanted to shift a stone before my works xmas do on the 14th Dec then carry on !
