Hi everyone

I am now doing my usual Sunday evening thing of reading my slimming world books and saying this week will be different. Is it just me or does anyone else do this? How does everyone manage to stay motivated when doing it from home by urself?

Hiya, I've been doing it at home since November and am constantly shocked that I've managed to stick it out this long because I'd been saying "this week" for what felt like that last few years! I really think it's all down to the mindset you're in to be honest - something just clicked for me this time and I didn't find it hard at all to start or stick at it - I just REALLY REALLY want to be happy with myself!

Keep reminding yourself of why you want to do it, think of all the positive things that will come from it. Making that first step and actually starting it is often the hardest part - once you get going and see the good it's doing it'll hopefully be motivation enough! :) Good luck!
