Just wondering, those of you that have been maintaining for a good period of time....can you give us some info please...
How easy do you find it now to maintain? Is it a hellish effort, or does it come naturally now?
And what do you do to keep youselves on track and keep yourselves from regaining the weight? Do you have regimented exercise routines, or just watch what you eat, and stay more active? Do you find it a struggle, or had your body adapted and you now have a natural sense of what and how much to eat? And do you still indulge now and again in the delights that got us in to this mess in the first place?
