i think you can have quite a generous portion of halloumi cheese as an HEX a - but unsure of the amount.

just made a dodgy moussaka! my cheese sauce needs working on!

How did you make your sauce Karen?
I make mine with 0% Total Yoghurt, an Egg and V LF Philadelphia whisked together. Not sure of the syns/hex value but that is an old WWers topping for mousakka.
