    Went to my first meeting tonight, two pounds heavier than I've ever been (14st 6) which gives me 30 daily propoints. I'm not too dissapointed with my day, I'd have preferred to cook my tea but by the time I got back I was revising for the evening.

    I'm starting to think it might have been silly to join this week; I have my Network Communications exam on Monday, weigh in on Tuesday and Database Systems exam on Wednesday. I'm going to try and save my weekly points until Sunday/Monday because I eat a lot of junk food when stressed.

    80g of red grapes - 0 points

    Lunch: 5 points

    Hot Spiced Chick Peas (from ww 'Book of Recipies')

    1.5 tomatoes - 0 points
    1 teaspoon sunflower oil - 1 point
    1/2 can of chick peas - 4 points
    lemon juice and spices - 0 points

    Tea: 18 points

    The other half of the chick pea recipie from lunch - 4 points
    2 more tomatoes - 0 points
    3 tbsp reggae reggae sauce - 1 point (I am so pleased about this!)
    4 quorn southern style burgers - 13 points

    Snacks: 7 points

    special k rasberry and chocolate bliss bar - 2 points
    bag of flamin' hot monster munch crisps - 5 points

    Had an argument earlier and cheered myself up with crisps :( Hopefully with more practice I'll be able to become less of an emotional eater.

    Breakfast: 0 points

    Melon, Grapes and Banana - 0 points

    Lunch: 9 points

    1/2 can of baked beans - 4 points
    Jacket potato - 5 points
    Paprika - 0 points

    Tea: 7 points

    1 tsp sunflower oil - 1 point
    1/3 pack lean turkey mince - 6 points
    onion, tin of tomatoes, peppers and mushrooms - 0 points
    lemon juice, spices, garlic and chillis - 0 points

    2 packs walkers prawn cocktail - 7 points
    1 pack walkers salt and vinegar - 4 points

    Fancied some big meals today but did some exercise this afternoon so I've ended up with 54 points left instead of 49! :)

    Breakfast: 0 points

    Honeydew Melon, Kiwis - 0 points

    Lunch: 16 points

    Two small jacket potatoes - 11 points
    1/2 can of baked beans - 5 points

    Dinner: 16 points

    1/3 pack of lean Turkey mince: 5 points
    1 Discovery chilli and jalapeno tortilla: 4 points
    2 teaspoons sunflower oil: 3 points
    Sweetcorn: 3 points
    3 tbsp reggae reggae sauce: 1 point
    onions, mushrooms, peppers and a tin of tomatoes: 0 points

    Snacks: 7 points

    It was lush - planning to have it again next week and thanks :)

    Today went dreadfully, I am getting horrendously panicy about my exams, lost control and ate 52 points today. Right now I am loving the weekly points thing because when I was on Discover I would have given up for the rest of the week by now but I'm still technically in my points so I'm not feeling like a failure and won't give up!
