Hey guys - managed to get 1.5lbs off last night! Thrilled

Hurrah, lost 2.5lbs this morning as I weighed in a day early (though it was a morning WI). Well done everyone so far!

I did weigh on Monday , forgot to post, I weighed in 2lb off


I think it was from Sunday's tough bike ride
( was 4lb down post ride, an effort to replace fluids)
