August challenge..!!!! **for any diet at all**

hi, im only aiming to loose 4 pound a month because thats the best i can do lol but its not too bad i only have 8 pound left until target which is 9 stone im 5ft 4.
 
so ive gone completely off the rails this last month but can i just say its been fab and i have met so many lovely people (including a rather lovely boy!) and had so much fun i dont feel guilty at all. i do however want to get back on track with my CD but fee it wont be worth doing it 100% until the start of september when all my uni friends have gone back and i am back to my routine. however saying this i would like to be back to 179 (that i reached before my blow out!) so my target for august is to get there, 8lbs to go!

I weighed in and not 1 pound lost,:cry:I didnt gain any weight, but I am still a little down,because I was very good this week.:sigh:
 
usa your not the only one ive been trying to loose a pound all last week and the other day i was relieved that id finally lost it however got on the scales today and it had gone back to no pound lost but i figured its the scales because it keeps reading differently ive been sticking to the diet so its not me :( .

hi im new to this can i please join your challange. i am on week2 of slimfast.i lost 2lbs last week so would like to loose another 6 by end of august.thanks.
 
hi. not sure if im happy or sad as i only lost a pound this week but have been doing the healthy eating thing and been to the gym and started with a personal trainer. Have only lost a pound since started the exercise and the healthy eating but i guess its in the right direction. I have 10lbs to lose to get a normal bmi but would like to lose a little more if possible. will stick with the gym and the healthy eating and lets see if ive lost any more next week. I guess if it continues at a rate of a pound a week i should actually be happy. Well done with all your losses so far. x
 
I would like to join in the challenge...I know I am 13 days behind, but I reckon I can still knock 8lbs on the head by August 31st.
