Hello, I am just cooking a roast and put in some Yorkshire puds for the little ones but really fancy one now, does any one know how many syns they are? They are the aunt Bessie bake at home - batter ones that rise when cooking? Thank you x

There wouldn't be a free food allowance so I'd check the packaging for the calorie info and work it out using 20cals=1syn x

I just had a quick look on the tesco site (really handy for nutritional info) and they are 78cal so 4syns x
