startover.... Doing from home

Hello
I decided to keep this online diary as let's be honest any time I buy myself a nice little notebook to jot everything down at home, one of my wonderful children confiscates it for her own benefit.
I think I have a while yet before any of them take my phoney away

So. Day 1. It's been hard to get myself motivated to get back and do this for myself. I've had a couple of bad years, yes years where I felt I just couldn't do it. But this time I'm all in.

I won't be going to class so hoping to get myself through this with the help of my gorgeous hubby

My aim is to update my diary every day and seek help from all who are open to giving it.

Here goes....

Breakfast
Black coffee
Banana

Lunch
2 egg omelette with ham. Some milk from HE
Orange and apple
Coffee

Dinner
Roast chicken with spuds, roast carrots and onion

So got through my first day yesterday. Delighted with myself not folding and having a treat while the kids were. I actually was amazed I didn't feel hungry till going to bed around 11 so just had a drink and off to la la land.

So day 2
Breakfast
coffee 2 Oranges and an apple

Lunch
2 boiled eggs, lettuce red onion ham nd 2 teaspoons of aldi mayo (4syns)
Aldi wholemeal thins (healthy extra)
