Aunt bessies mini roasties - syns query

Hi lovelies
Can anyone help?
in the new mag it says 100g cooked will be 1.5 syns but if I take the calories for 100g cooked from the packey it is 131 which would be approx 6.5 syns.
SW obviously take into account the potato as a free on green.
How would I calculate the syns on their other products i.e. duck fat potatoes which are 162 calories per 100g on the packet?

Having just looked in the new SW mag, the mini roasties are 1.5 syns for 100g - works out about 12 little pieces! They have them on offer in tescos, £1 per bag!
