Aunt bessie's rice pudding sachets

Anyone know the syn value for these?? I put the nutritional info into Sw syns calculator using dried pudding rice as the free food and it comes up with 2.5 syns per serving but that's including semi skimmed milk!! I'd probably use skimmed milk so wondering about syns per dried amount not made up amount!! Hope that makes sense?!?

Unfortunately, you can't use the free food allowance on puddings or desserts, so this could be more than 2.5 syns

Thanks for the reply, the main ingredient is dried pudding rice however I thought it might be a bit low!!
