    On Saturday 21st June marks the first day of summer. How about a challenge that takes us to the first day of autumn (22nd September)?

    I would be aiming for 21 lbs in those three months.

    That's great! I'll wait for the 21st and then it will roll from there :) I'm going on holiday for three of those weeks so I need to be realistic and not to be too hard on myself.

    I don't have any holidays as such, but my dad is coming from Dubai for a fortnight, its my wedding anniversary and also hubby's birthday, so a few challenges there for me too!

    It's a bit of a route. HK to Singapore to Sydney to Brisbane to port Douglas then back to Hong Kong before arriving back in the UK.

    Ever been to Dubai?

    Excellent. This is very motivating! I weigh on Thursday and not expecting much to be honest. I've lost 8lbs so far this month and this week is TOTM. So let's see..
