Thanks girls.. think im getting my 30 day shred out again after my birthday. With that I know ill notice a difference after a week. . Defo need exercise though..
Ill download app now for my fitness pal. But start logging after my birthday. Im not going off plan for the whole week. But will be having cake and champayne on Friday (my friends birthday) then mark and I are out lunch and evening on saturday (without kids) then maybe out sunday with girls on sunday tea time.. but ill work round it. Xx

Thank u.. very pleased with 2lb.. taking me to 10.9.. going to set my target after my birthday..
Im 5 foot 2.. what would u say might be an ideal weight. Im thinking 10.4 ( that will also give me my 4 stone award) also setting it at that. I can go up or down by 3lb. To still be in target range.
