Hi everyone
Just wanting your views on something, its my birthday next wed (19th) and on the fri im going to Liverpool for the weekend with the girls which im really lookin forward to but i really don’t wanna gain while im away, my flight isn’t until 745 on the fri night and im home at 7am on the Sunday morning so technically Saturday is the only day where i wont be able to food optimise 100%,i am going to try and be as good as i can, although i will be drinkin (alot!!) im gonna try not to go mad with food, but on the sat night we are booked into Jamie carraghers restaurant for a nice meal and since its my birthday im gonna have something i really fancy, do u think this will jeopardise my weight loss? To be honest im not overly worried at the effect the alcohol will have on my weight as to be honest im quite lucky and drink doesn’t tend to affect me weight think its bcuz i only drink when i go out and its not every single weekend..
Really dunno wat to do for the best?? I hope u can help me lol xxx
