Back....again (and again)

Hi everyone

Spent the past two weeks desperately trying to get back on track and failed after numerous nights out, buffets at work courses, staffroom bake offs, baking homemade bread with my class and utter greediness on my part. Feeling ashamed and at least 7lbs heavier :sigh: (totally my own fault)

Anyway, spent today hungover and trawling through old magazines and diaries on here for thinspiration. I AM definately getting back on track as of tomorrow and this will be my final back again post. Promise!

Definately determined to be back at my pre uni weight, which was a good 5/6 years ago now! If anyone wants to follow my food diary would be very much apprechiated as tips and comments are always useful.

Good luck to anyone else starting/restarting :)
 
Hi good luck, you should try and buy the recipe books and make some of the dishes; it makes it all much more enjoyable and you don't feel deprived in any way. I am such a greedy pig but I'm loving this plan. You will too. And it will be so worth it! x
