Back again as I start again

So here goes - another attempt at SW and I so so so so so want to succeed this time, so determined to lose this horrible excess weight I continue to drag around with me....

I signed up on the 20th December so my first weigh in is in the morning.

It's good to be reading people's inspirational posts again - will help me get to goal.

We've been given the new packs but the consultant is going to talk us through everything next week as there will be loads of new starters etc.

I lost 10lbs over the Christmas week - Good start

Well done on your first week loss New plan looks fairly simple and easy to follow. SW does work, and I hope the revised Extra Easy plan makes losing easier. Good luck with your journey, have a good week
