Back again

morning all,

had a big kick up the backside, it got to be now that the weight comes off.

Day one yesterday went pretty good, due to no chicken in the cupbard i done ss yesterday, but today i will go on the 790 plan managed to drink 2 1/2 litres yesterday, that usually is my downfall i can never manage to drink enough.

Day 2 so far drank 1 1/2 litres and will have my first pack in a little while.

Welcome back Supergran, glad you had a good start ysterday & it looks like day 2 is heading in the same directions. Keep going, this diet is the best & really does work.....
