Hi everyone
So after three (nearly four) months off slimming world i am jumping back on the bandwagon for the six weeks running up to Christmas. I started SW in January this year and managed to lose two stone before my holiday in June and my cousins wedding in August. I have been eating sensibly since then but old habits die hard and I have put about half a stone on! It may not seem like a lot but when you notice such big changes after losing weight you see every little bit of weight which goes back on!
I hope to get back down to my 10st again which is what I should be! I only made it to 10st 7lbs beofre so this is an extra 7lbs and the six pounds I have put on
So my question to everyone is what new things are there to try (recipes etc) that taste good and some snack ideas as well. I will be keeping a food diary as well starting on Thursday!
