Hey everyone im back for a few weeks. Gained 8lb in the last 3 months which isn't too bad so really want to get it off again. Wish Me Luck ;-)

Good luck, and well done on taking your weight back under control so quickly. it's made me think, how many more times do I want to keep losing this same four stone?

Thanks everyone! have my appointment with our Fertility Doctor on 30/01/2013 so need to get my bmi back to 35 or less! Cheers for the support xxx means a lot xxx
