Thanks guys. Still struggling on trying to keep it together. If this site was private I would pour my heart out but its not :(

Anyway today's food is as follows:

B - 30g special k -3pp
Skimmed milk - 2pp
L - homemade leek and potato soup and ham warburtons thins - 6pp
D - bacon, potato and onion hotpot and peas - 7pp

Snacks - ww sweets 1pp, ww yog 1pp and rocky road bar - 2pp

22pp leaving 6 for a yoghurt and a ww bar later amd 2pp for something else if needed
 
Sorry been MIA been trying to sort my head out. Food has been good and I had a 1 and a half pound loss at wi. I deserved more but the badness before I started probably contributed so carry on regardless.

So will restart my food diary from today. I have 28 weeklies left.

Not entirely sure on food plans for today but know that I am having sausages in onion gravy and mash for dinner. Im going to try and remember to start taking pictures again as inspires me for future meals.

What's everyone else up to today?
 
I wouldnt say im great to be honest....still struggling on. Why is life and love so dammed hard.

Food was nothing as predicted. Used all my points - no weeklies

B - bacon medallions, eggs, beans and a slice of toast.

D - home made shepherds pie - well to be honest mine was more like potato and veg as I had very little mince followed by apple crumble and custard.

How I have resisted opening the chocolate is beyond me.
 
Failed yesterday. Dominoes for dinner. Bad day. All weeklies used. Line drawn today is a new day.

So breakfast - weetabix - 3pp
Pint skimmed milk - 5pp
Lunch - philadelphia salad sandwich - 6pp
Dinner - sausages in onion gravy and veg - 6pp

Snacks - special k crisps, ww yoghurt, ww jaffa cake bar, ww bar, flump - 8pp

28pp. 2 left for something later :)

You did not fail Hun, you just used your weeklies and that's why they are there to get used x x dinner last night looked yummy
 
So here is my diary for wednesday and Thursday. Ignore the weeklies yesterday as i didnt dare put my dominos on my tracker hence why I know I was well over..
Wi is tonight...nervous

So reallya motivated amd spurred on today. Points have dropped to 29 so here is today's plan so far :

I have 3pp left. Stepdaughter wants mushy peas woth dinner but im not sure if I will have it yet or tinned tomatoes. Will decide tonight.

Well done on your 3lb loss, especially as you were worried about going over.
