I definitely mean it this time. I've gained another 2st since my last breaking point... It's been creeping up steadily over the years. I finally joined SW on 11.08.18 and it's going well so far, I just made slimmer of the month! My previous attempts were by myself and I think having the structure of groups and weigh ins is making all the difference. So far I'm just doing diet and some walking but I'm planning to add some more strenuous exercise once my weight goes down a bit more and I feel safer. Here's hoping it all goes to plan!
