Hi Guys
Well im back and 3 stone 3 lbs to loose :cry:.
I am so mad with myself to get like this but i am determined this time to get it back off hopefully by end os april and then be more careful. At least i haven`t put it all back on i am still 5 stone lighter :sigh:.
hope to catch up with some oldies and newies

hey, im starting again today for like the millionth time. Its my 21st birthday june 3rd and i am absolutely adament that i will not be the fat miserable mess i am now. Was too insecure to go out for my 18th which i regret alot now. I weigh just over 15stone and am 5`4, im supposed to be around the 9 stone mark.
