Hi everyone. I'm back again! I came on LT for 2 months from October to December for my wedding-I managed to lose 22lbs and had a fabulous day.
Since then I've done a lot of partying and a fair bit of eating/drinking. I did find doing LT completely changed my appetite but the lbs were starting to creep back on and I've now gained 9lbs,so... I've decided to come back. I needed to lose some more by the time I got to my wedding so now have a goal of about 1 and a half stone which would get me to about 9st. I could do with being 8 and a half but will do the rest through normal diet as LT is so hard. Really hope I can stick to it this time as I've lost my big incentive (the wedding). This diet really does work but it sure takes a lot of will power-especially when I have a skinny model-esque husband who eats what he likes! xxx

Welcome back, Nicky. Glad the wedding went well and that you've got a "modelesque" husband! As you've done LT before, you'll know all the twists and turns coming your way, but just remember the quick results and that feeling of confidence it gave you. Best of luck, babe. :D

Thanks loads Jessie, I think knowing what's to come is making it harder, although I do remember how much easier it was after the 1st 4/5 days. It's funny but as soon as I start not eating I feel skinnier! like how u feel really fat when you eat something bad! oh the psychology of food! At least I should be nearer to goal this time, Best of Luck to you too-It's such a challenge but sooo worth it xxx

You'll shift that 1.5 stone in no time. Good luck.
