This is it!
Here I am again! A year ago, I lost 6 and a half stone on Cambridge, only to go and put it all back on again, which on reflection was a complete mistake, but no time to beat myself up about it now!
So here I am again, and I'm going to try to give it another go. I'm on my second day now and although I feel a little bit tired, nothing I can't handle. I know that the benefits of this diet far outweigh the negatives and at least I have a bit of hindsight now (especially Psyillum Husk!). I have a scary amount of weight to lose, 133lb which works out to 9 stone 7lb and my body now has some experience of the horror that it's about to deal with, but I just need to get my head down and get on with it.
A nice thing happened today. A work collegue of mine, who I've known for about 5 weeks, I actually told her what I weighed (20st 7lb) and she didn't believe me. She said that she thought I was about 18 stone which was quite nice, I apparently carry it well, although not for much longer.
