Mainly healthy eating and going for low calorie options. And I went to the gym about 4-5 times a week, but that was too expensive after a while. Then I invested in a wii fit plus. That helped me so much! It helped me keep track of my weight. I used to go on the wii almost everyday for about half an hour to an hour. I don't even know how I was even managed to be honest. I gradually lost the first stone and then suddenly the rest just came off. All together it took about a total of a year and a half. Sorry I've just babbled on lol.
