what a crappy year last year was!
i simply stopped the diet when my grandad pasted away, then i split with my partner of four and a half years and then had to find my own place so then in turn couldnt afford this diet!

but now im settled have a new man and piled everything i lost (2stone) plus a stone more, which takes me to my new weigh of 14'8.

so im back and happy and ready to start again which i did last thursday and today is my first weigh day....

we shall see tonight, wish me luck!

I'm a restarter (haven't edited all of profile yet!) Just want to say good luck. This forum helped me last time. Lots of personal problems since though. Hope to get to know lots of you! (Think I was Dippyblondetart last time!) x

Hi Gem and good luck with your restart.

I lost my dear Father recently and since then have found it very hard to get back to normal in any sense. Housework gets neglected, studies are left to the last minute, and all too often my diet (vegetarian Atkins) goes to the wall.

Just goes to show how our mood, and things going on in our lives, affect what our food cravings. And they are real cravings, sort of desperate at times for something daft like a couple of biscuits or a bar of chocolate!

I hope you feel better soon and that we get back into the groove from this minute on!

All the best to everyone xx
