Hi Jemma,
wish you the best on your CWP journey! I've started for the first time today and feeling excited about it all and hoping to be able to lose a few stones as I've had my 5th and final little one. She will be 2 in July so I have no excuse for this extra weight!

Wishing you all the best too. Just keeping thinking of the end goal a d youll soon be there.
Losing weight is hard but losing baby weight is harder. We can do this.
