BACK FROM HOL

Well i've got back from my hol. Weighed myself and now i'm the grant size of 14st!!
Joining a class on Tuesday. I need to do something. I can't keep gaining weight like this. When I met my boyfriend 3 years ago I was 2 stone lighter .... I feel very unhappy. Roll on Tuesday!!!!

I know how you feel!!

I think we've all been there, you lose the weight, you go on holiday, the weight creeps back on, then you get depressed & eat more, its a vicious cycle.

Well heres to losing it & maintaining it this time.

Hope you enjoyed the holiday! I lost 5lb my first 2 weeks of SW online and put it all back on again on my holidays
And why does weight go on in weird places? I've been much heavier than I am now in the past but didn't have such horrendous dinnerlady arms! (no offence to any dinnerladies out there )
