Back from holiday and dreading WI

We have had a nice holiday and for the first few days i was trying hard to pick the good meals of the menus, but we ate out at the theme parks for the last days and there is no healthy choices, its fries with everything:sigh:
Im back on plan now we got back this afternoon and for dinner i made a big chilli with rice and had friut salad and a muller for pudding.
Im going to print of a SAS log and fill that in all week, do more exersice and drink more water.
I will WI on my scales tomorrow and then again before i go to class next tuesday, hopefully the weight i have gained will be gone before next week.

I'm glad you enjoyed your holiday. Don't worry if you have had a little gain, that's what holidays are for.
