Hi all,
Well Im back from hols. Tried my best to stick to 2 maint and 1 low fat meal but failed miserably. Only had 2-3 nice days out of the week, rained for the rest so founf it impossible to keep to those days, you know yourself, nothing to do etc...
Anyway stuck to it for first 2-3 days, then rest of week had 1 maint and 2 meals and odd snack in between. Drank practically nothing alchol wise and walked most days for 40mins+. Have weigh in tomorrow morn so am hoping I havent done too much damage, couldnt wait to get home and get back into my diet, its so hard being away and dieting. Due totm also so wi prob wont be good.

Welcome back hun, sounds like you did well on the diet/refeed/maintenance side of things. Your weigh in tomorrow might not be as bad as you expect all things considered, but good luck anyway hun x x

Morning all,
Well I weighed myself this morn at home before my chemist weigh in and was happy to find I was the same as last wk so thought I hadnt put on any weight while I was away until I went chemist and got weighed and was told I was +2.5lb, chemist scales and my scales were the same since I started this so I dont understand it. I have totm also so am not a happy camper at all.
Anyway back to my 2 maint and 1 low fat meal for a couple of weeks. Need to up my water intake, drank very little while I was away for some strange reason. Really want to go back on tfr but cant for a while so will give the maintenance a good go.

Even if its 2.5lb thats still great!

I would stick with maintanence for a little while hunni 2nd time on TFR is supposed to be very hard!
