Back from Romania...

Well just got back yesterday after an eventful week in Bucharest.

Some of you may remember i went on a TIPD trip for teachers working with the British Council.

I have NOT followed the plan at al whilst away. In fact i am almost dreading standing on those scales on Wednesday. We drank every night, ate big meals everyevening and were provided traditional romanian lunches by the schools.

The romanian people are so friendly and absolutely love British people (heavens no why lol).

I am back on plan and what ever the outcome on Wednesday i had an amazing trip and don't regret any of my meal choices . x

Hun whatever the scales say on Wednesday just draw a line and get back on track! You sound like you had a great trip so any small gain (if any gain at all) will be worth it and come off again quickly I'm sure xxx
