Finally, after several false starts the past week I seem to have my head in the right place. No picking at lunchtime. Wasn't even tempted. Once again you lot have motivated and encouraged and not given up on me. I knew I'd get back into it but past few days have once again reinforced you have to be totally focused or you will never stick to it. Thanks so much for the help. You all know who you are xxx

So pleased that everyone's managing to get back into the swing of things. This diet isn't easy going ...as we all know...but we all know it bloody works! I know you have to have your head in the right space otherwise its doomed from the start :(

It doesn't take alot to drag you off course either...(well for me it doesn't) I find emotions are the hardest to deal with but I'm learning and not resorting to food which is amazing, and hopefully stand me in good stead once I finish the TFR part of this diet :) x x x

I feel very happy to know that I'm not kidding myself on. If I stick with this for another 4 weeks @ 100% I'll be where I wanted to get to and I think deserve to get there so hit the messing about on the head. Did feel good posting on the Honk thread lol!!!
