    l have lost 3lbs lm thrilled l know not much compared to some but lm a happy bunny :bunnydance::bunnydance::bunnydance:
    l think the bars may be slowing my weightloss but l couldn't do cd without them :D:D

    3lbs is 3lbs less to lug around everyday and that you will never see again well done hun :D (I can't live without my bar's either, get sick of cleaning the blender!)

    3 pounds is fab, hun! I'm around about the same weight as you (and have been for a while cos I keep straying from the plan...) and I very rarely lose more than 3 pounds a week when I'm 100% - I occasionally see a 4 pound loss but hardly ever. :)

    That still works out at nearly a stone a month!
