oh well i had a good holiday,but back to normality and back on the shakes today and back on the IVF journey. nothing i can do about it apart from focus on losing it!:flirt2:

i gained 18lb on a weeks holiday, lost 14lb of it the next week

Glad you had a good holiday, we've got to enjoy ourselves sometimes the diet cant take over our whole lives!!
