    Ok, I've had a bit of a tough time over the last few weeks so I stopped the diet but I've started again today. I didn't weigh this morning but I'll do it in the morning and change it since I've definitely put back on.

    Still doing 1000kcals so fingers crossed.

    Hope everyone else is doing well

    Sorry to hear you have had a rough time of it (((hug)))
    When you are CC you really need to be focused on it and it can take up a lot of time in your thoughts etc so totally understand when you have a lot going on you don't always have the time /energy to dedicate to a diet,

    Best of luck for your restart i too am back and really need to get this last stone and a bit off before holiday in July :)

    Well done for getting back on it hun, thats the first step.

    I got back on it yesturday after not doing it for 6 months and 1 stone gained.

    Thanks ladies, weighed myself this morning and I've put on 1lb. Im pretty pleased with that I thought it would be worse!

    A gain of 1lb is amazing, you will easily shift that with 1000 cals a day!
